Some problems can be more serious than they appear and require prompt or urgent treatment. If you are unsure of how quickly your pet needs to be seen, please ring us directly on 01743 232713.

Our trained reception staff can assess how quickly your pet needs to be seen by asking a few simple questions. Not all appointment slots are available to book online; by speaking to a member of our team we can ensure your pet is seen in an appropriate timeframe.

One pet per booking

Please be aware that our system currently only allows booking for one pet at a time. If you need to schedule an appointment for several pets, you'll need to repeat the process for each pet.
